Microvascular Endothelial Cells
The endothelium is the thin layer of cells that lines the interior surface of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, forming an interface between circulating blood or lymph in the lumen and the rest of the vessel wall. InSCREENeX currently offers human microvascular endothelial cells immortalized with the help of the CI-SCREEN technology. The technology and the characterization of the cell line is described in our recently published Nature Communications paper (Lipps et al., 2018).
